GameSwapz

Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. How refunds work on GameSwapz

Because purchases are digital goods and services (game accounts, in-game items, currency, boosting) held in escrow rather than shipped, "returns" work differently than physical goods. Your payment is held by GameSwapz until you confirm you received what was described, or until the standard confirmation window passes.

2. When you can request a refund

You can open a dispute and request a refund if: the item/account/currency was not delivered at all, what was delivered doesn't match the listing description, the seller stops responding during an in-progress boosting order, or the account/item was reclaimed by the original owner or the game platform shortly after delivery (evidence required).

3. When a refund will not be granted

Refunds are not granted once you have confirmed delivery and used the account/item/currency for a meaningful period, for issues caused by your own violation of the third-party platform's terms of service after delivery, or for "buyer's remorse" once the trade completed as described.

4. How to request a refund

Open a dispute from your order page before confirming delivery, or as soon as possible after noticing an issue. Provide evidence (screenshots, order chat, error messages). Our support team typically responds within the timeframe shown on your dispute page.

5. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to your GameSwapz wallet balance, which you can use for future purchases or withdraw to your payout method, subject to standard KYC checks on withdrawals.

6. Partial refunds

For boosting orders that are partially completed, or listings where only part of the described item/currency was delivered, our support team may issue a partial refund reflecting what was actually delivered.
