1. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly -- account details (name, email, password), profile information (bio, socials, store details for sellers), messages sent through order chat and support tickets, and, where required, identity verification (KYC) documents such as a government ID and a selfie. We also collect information automatically: IP address, device/browser information, and pages visited, for security and analytics purposes.

2. Payment information

We do not store your full card number. Card and bank transfer payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, PayTR) and cryptocurrency payments by Binance Pay; each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the payment data they process. We store only the transaction result (amount, status, reference ID) needed to maintain your order and wallet history.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the marketplace (process orders, hold escrow, resolve disputes), verify your identity where legally required, prevent fraud and abuse, send you transactional messages about your account and orders, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary information with: the other party to a trade (e.g. a seller sees the buyer's username and order chat messages, not their email or payment details), our payment processors, and law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

5. KYC documents

Identity verification documents are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized compliance staff for the purpose of reviewing your submission. They are not shown to other users or sellers.

6. Data retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or request deletion. Contact us through a support ticket to exercise these rights.
