Players who prefer Blizzard's PC ecosystem will soon have a massive new addition to their library. CD Projekt Red and Blizzard have announced a collaboration to bring the neon-soaked streets of Night City to the Battle.net launcher. This includes the original Cyberpunk 2077 experience alongside the acclaimed Phantom Liberty expansion. The partnership was unveiled as part of a move to expand the reach of the sci-fi RPG to a broader audience of PC gamers who primarily use Blizzard's service. The release will feature the Ultimate Edition of the game, ensuring that new players have access to all the latest updates and content improvements right from the start. While a specific launch day has not been finalized, the title is expected to arrive on the platform before the year's end. This addition marks a rare moment for Battle.net, as it continues to branch out by hosting major third-party titles outside of the typical Activision Blizzard catalog.
